Chapter II – TOOLS
If you are reading this, that means that you are interested and willing to become CNC Operator. However, at this point you are either perfectly familiar with CNC machines and requirements which CNC Operator needs to have for performing this job, or you still have some gaps in the basics about this work you would like to learn. If you belong to the first group you can skip this chapter, but we advise to go through this chapter as well since some new developments in the field are always occurring.
First, let’s learn about what are the CNC machines and what is the difference between this and manually handed machines that previously dominated in the manufacturing facilities.
Now, you must have glimpses of the working skills and requirements for performing job on these machines, but in order to be sure let’s here how this list sounds.
CNC Operator is a person who prepares, measure and control manufacturing process of tools and machine parts on CNC machines using heavy materials such are metal, plastic, wood, or other materials.
